The health and safety of our employees, customers and community is always our highest priority. We are closely monitoring the evolving COVID-19 situation, including the latest directives and guidance from national, regional and local authorities, and across our community. Inside the dealership we have taken several precautions including increased sanitization of community spaces, providing hand sanitizer and posting proper handwashing procedures. All employees have been advised to stay home if they begin to present symptoms consistent with COVID-19.

  • Facial coverings are required by law upon entry.  
  • Do not enter if you are currently sick or have recently been sick.  
  • Thank you for adhering to these protocols to assist in maintaining a safe environment for our customers and employees.

Plexiglass barriers in place and distancing marks on the floor indicating 6-foot spacing, where needed. (Distancing marks were measured.) Example: parts counter, receptionist, cashier, service writer.

Daily symptom checks of employees and accompanying logs.
  • All employees must do their daily wellness check-in through Paylocity
  • Employee training documentation and proof that employees have been properly trainer
Review of all posters required at the entrances for employees and customers. 
  • Signage is located on all entrances throughout the building
Proper usage of masks by employees (in common areas and whenever a 6-foot spacing cannot be maintained). 
  • We have masks available for customers and employees

Inspection of lunch areas and common areas to ensure 6-foot social spacing is in place.

Management will need to conduct spot checks

Policy in place for customers who visit without a mask, which employees may encounter this issue and how employees are instructed to respond. What options are available for customers who cannot / will not wear a mask. Inspectors have also asked if the dealership has turned away any customers.

Masks are available for any customer who does not have one upon entering the building

Contact Free: We offer offsite pick-up and delivery service for both our service customers and when purchasing a new vehicle. Disinfection of vehicles in for service and those taken on test drives.
